Default what converter will i need

ok guys...........i know this is probably an old question............and an older style engine..............but i need to know what stall converter i need to run in my 92 camaro.......i have a 350 tuned port....yes i said tune port........with the gm perf parts lt4 hot cam and 1.6 rockers........i had a 5 speed in my car til i exploded 3rd gear......not once but twice...........before that i was exploding clutches til found one to stay put...........now i'm running a built 700r4 with a stock converter and i want more converter.....i'm upgrading headers to 1 3/4 .......i already have slp runners and tpis adjustable regulator.........most of my mods are listed below...........last time i dynoed this car was with the m5 before the runners and throttlebody......i had 487ftlb @4500 and an estimated 400hp at 5000...........not sure if the hp was correct because they told me i was spinning the tires on the dyno........anyways...........i'm thinking about a 3000 rpm or so..........some input would be apreciated

thanks,wally

thanks.........i had a tci super street fighter.......3400 to 3800.....in a turbo 350 trans........i liked it......i just didn't like driving the car.......it seemed every time i got on the car from 3500 the tach would jump to 5000 and i didn't even have to drop it in second..........i had the kickdown cable disconnected.......it would have been fine for racing, but not daily driver.......but anyways.......thanks
