Default 1994 4l60e with 1996 LT1

I would really appreciate your help, I have a 94 4l60e that I would like to use together with my 96 LT1 and 96 ECU. Will this work electrical?

Both engine and trans are from a Camaro. I will have to rebuild the tranny since it slips.

yes, but to keep it from throwing a ses you will need to at least plug in the pwm solenoid you can either just leave it hanging which i dont recommend cause you could chaffe the wires. you can stick it in the bore and it will be fine also.

sorry i read this backwards the trans will work however it may throw an SES light due to there not being a PWM solenoid in the trans. you could swap the wiring harness from a PWM unit and do it the way i said in the previous post and tha twill keep the ses light off

I think my gearbox have PWM, on the inside of the bellhousing "PWM" is casted. I am not shure it is a -94 but it doesnt have a 6 bolted end nor removable bellohusing. I am shure it is a 4L60E though.

Then it would not cause any problems, right?

I found a ID tag and it reads: 5FFD288B, also 8685061 and 24202527
Could anyone please shed some light over the numbers? I have tried to Google them but with little or no success.

its probably a 95 unit then which is PWM.
