Vince your right buddy,watched news looked like there was floods your way the States is large.I took Christmas day off back to work harvesting necterines, tough up here theres plenty rain damage.How did your festivity go?.

The flooding I think is out in California not Chicago! 
We get plenty of snow this time of the year here in the Midwest of the United States. My holiday went well and I was able to visit with all of my family out of state for the holiday. The nice thing is the new shop I work in was closed on Friday so I was able to leave early and got paid for it! We had a nice meal on Xmas eve and for Xmas I made all the meats in my smoker . Made my first fresh ham ever and everyone said it was the best they have ever had. Funny I made two prime rib roasts and the ham seemed like it was the main course! I need for you to ship me some of that nectarine wood to try out in my smoker one of these days. Have a great new year. Vince Bielanski
