Default Slipping sensation in OD??

Alright I recently got a brand new 700R4 built for my 93 z28... it was the "stage 2" street/strip package, not sure what it all consists of but the previous owner had it done. The stall is the stock stall, supposedly reinforced and reset to flash 2600-2800 rpm.

So when I'm driving in OD and get above 40 or so mph, the car CHUGS super bad... and if I'm giving it very light throttle to maintain speed, I get a slipping / bucking feeling in the car.

It also does it around 45-50 mph in regular D, but not as bad.

Where should I start looking..... It seems like it's happening when the torque converter is locked maybe?

Anybody? This tranny has like 200 miles on it.... I should also mention I have braided trans lines and a B&M super cooler, no leaks fluid level looks good.

Could it have anything to do with the TV cable?
