Default 4l80e

So I have searched all my eyes will allow me to do for a possible cause for the problem I am experiencing. I have 2001 Chevrolet 2500 HD 4X4 6.0 4L80E.
The problem I am experiencing is that when I come to a complete stop and take off again the truck seems to lunge or jerk almost feels like the transmission is slipping. It has happened a few times before but has been really intermittent and now is at the point of doing it everytime I stop and take off. I did figure out in all the diagnostics that I have performed that when the truck is in tow/haul mode it doesn't do it. I'm thinking maybe the pump or a solenoid is going out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These units have issues with bushing wearing. I have seen it many times while building them. The issue in some cases is where the turbine shaft will eat into the forward drum sealing area for the rings. I think this might be your issue. The reason why it seems better in T&H is because you have slightly higher pressures. HTH Vince

like Vince said, some higher line pressure in tow
im sure you ck'ed fluid level, i know when i was filling my 4L80E, and had a gauge on line pressure, i was suprised pressure keep rising as it was close to fill mark, lead me to belive fluid level was def critical on them
you could try a filter change, but as said, prob more to it, esp with some miles on it
