LS1 transplant,helping a buddy
LS1 transplant,helping a buddy into a cherry 87 Iroc,we used a truck 5.3 4l60e swapped out manual shaft.Only thing not hooked up is the speed sensor,waiting for connector for the aftermarket sensor and adaptor housing.Should it up shift with sensor notplugged in?
Only thing we have is 1st and reverse no upshift.A mistake I made was buying an ebay harness
Had trouble with wires in the wrong place,we double checked all the trans wires to the PCM.
One other possibility is he sent a t56 PCM in for reprograming and maybe the tuner didnt program for automatic.How can I tell by looking at the tune?
Then I guess get it scanned would be next

thanks for the reply,have the connector on its way,geez i hope thats it.I posted the tune,looks like automatic tune a lot of things are turned off,not sure if speed sensor turned off.
