im getting ready to build another 4l80e-if i make a couple passes with the car its going into, i may run out of RPM,s before the 1/4 (eventually going to change the cam) can 4th take a full pass shift, is their an upgrade i can make while the trans is apart to help it survive-as i remember it didnt have a lot of clutches, but been awhile
engine is a Procharged 496, but im not running a lot of boost, budget engine

Shouldn't be an issue, be sure you keep the shift firmness tame but crisp. The clutch capacity is adequate, it will outlive the hard parts.
