Im so gunna get flamed for this.....

but oh well......

It all started of innocently enough... i was changing the transmission mount on my gfs car... simple right? wrong... i take the stock one out to put in an Energy Suspension poly one... i go bolt up the crossmember and put in the bolt to connect the tranny to the crossmember.... i see no threads.

like the transmission moved over or something. lol

im like "well i need to drive this thing in the morning so ill just throw the stock one in" when i do that i encounter the same problem. THE STOCK ONE WONT GO BACK IN!!!!! what did i do wrong? lol i need this thing tomorrow and i cant even put it back together broke. haha any advice would be awesome

The motor has shifted, This is normal, It happens all the time. The motor is setting on rubber mounts and were everything is tide together, like the exhaust and torque arm is tide to the tranny and is under pressure from the rearend , it tens to pull the engine , You can take a bar and push it back in place.

Use a screwdriver to stick up through the mount and into the bolt hole and mole it to where it needs to be

Yea the other 2 guys above are correct. I've had them move so bad on me befor that I had to use a pry bar to move the trans back over. If it moved very much (more than an inch) you might want to look into some new motor mounts too.
