clutch sensor wires?

Default clutch sensor wires?

i recently switched to a th400 from a 6 speed and the key wont work to start the car anymore. which clutch wires(colors) do i need to connect together in order for the car to start again? i am not going to be running a neutral safety switch on the auto.

I believe you need to jump the wires for the switch that was on the clutch pedal. Vince

ill look tomorrow, but pretty sure its a brown and yellow.. there thick wires.

Purple with white stripe and green. GM has used these colors for the neutral safety switch since the 60's.

The wires should be around the clutch pedal switch. And if they aren't there take the panel off under the steering column, theres a bulkhead of wires just to the right of where the trunk release switch usually sits.

Now you're going to tell me this is not for an f body.
