Default TH400 Question

I recently picked up a TH400 out of a '69 C-10 pickup to put into my '69 Camaro. Is there anything I need to change out in the tranny to make it run correctly in the Camaro? It doesn't need rebuilt, the transmission operates smoothly and the fluid is extremely clean.

What engine is in it....if ls yes, you'll need a few parts to make it work... Look above and read the stickies for all the info

It's a 396. I know that you need a spacer plate for the LS motors, but wasn't sure if I had to swap out any parts on the transmission itself to go from truck to Camaro. Maybe the gearing in the transmission wouldn't be correct for the application, or I'd need a shift kit, etc.

The kickdown mechanism on the TH400 is electronic. It's operated off a swtch on the gas pedal. If you're old trans was a TH350, it had a cable.

Actually the original trans was a Powerglide, but I believe they're similar to a TH-350...
