4l60e improvements Having a problem with my a4. Doesn't want to shift into 3rd gear at full throttle. Shifts fine at partial throttle. Was told its the 3-4 clutch pack. When it comes apart for rebuild, what upgrades should I be looking at. Car is getting a 224r cam, LT's with ORY, LS6 intake this weekend. Have a 9" 4.10 rear going in soon too. Want to keep the OD trans so what mods do I want? Car also has a 2800 converter and cooler now.

You may need your shift points tuned better. Aftermarket converters slip more then stock. This can cause problems for shifts based on stock tables. The 2/3 seems particularly prone to hanging up at wide open. It doesn't mean your trans is toast, it may just need some tweaking for the new hardware.
