Default need some help please...

i am trying to help out a friend on a swap into his car. he has a 04 5.3 out of a silverado, and just picked up a 92 700r4 trans. i tried to search for info on this but, i find 10 different answers to my questions. i need to know what throttle body can we use for cable, and what else would we need to mate the trans to the motor? thanks for all the info and help in advance.

Try bow-tie overdrives for the cable and linkage, a flexplate from 98-99 with the 700 tc pattern and some kind of lockup function for the tcc, vacuum or manual.
