Hunting this converter:
All I keep finding is 10", and this time I can't use that.
I don't want to upset the moderators, but here are the companies I already checked: B&M, Boss Hog, Hughes, and TCI. None of them list what I'm after.
If you know of one, please share the brand, part number, and real price, if you can.
Thanks.

It can't be custom-built. The class rules say all parts "must have a part number that any person could have ordered 5 minutes before the person actually using said item in the competition".
A 10" 3000-stall drives tight like a 12" 1800, and a 3500 I have no experience with, but if it's loose like a 12" 2400, only at 3500 instead of 2400, then it won't drive in town.
Without the reinforcement, I can't run boost. Without boost, I can't win, or even be mid-pack.
My cam needs the loose-ness of a 12" 2400, and I'm sure I can't go to a smaller cam, because I'm sure there are no reinforced 1800 converters.
Ever tried driving a 12" 2400? I have, in my '95 Z28 convertible I used to own. It was maddening. Even creeping away from a stop as if a cop were watching, it still took all 2400 rpm to get the car going. That would be great for this cam.
But I'd shoot myself if it took 3500 rpm to get the car moving.

I've tried 12" 2000 stall in 4 vehicles, and 12" 2400 stall in 3 vehicles, and 10" 3000-stall in 2 vehicles, as well as stock GM 12" 1500-stall in a dozen vehicles. In my '95 Z28 convertible, the 2400 stall drove exactly as I just described. I was watching the tach. A LOT!
I'm not gonna waste money I can't spare to experiment with any 3500+-stall.
And since noone is actually proving able to help with my polite plea, I'm giving up on this thread.
