Need opinions on TC re-stall
Need opinions on TC re-stall I sent my Circle D to be restalled to a higher RPM bc I was running the car and the best 60' I was pulling was 1.5 I know the car has some more on it and I decided to get the stall worked on.
its currently a 3C that stalls around 3600 RPM
the car has a 4l80e and the gears are 4.11
engine is a 408
best so far was a 11.2 at 120 mph w a 1.5 60' ft
what stall would you guys go for in this setup. I was going to ask them to do a 5C that stalls at 4200. am I making the right choice.
please answer this if you have experience with this sort of change. I am hoping that this is the last time the tranny gets to be off the car.
