3500 stall on a daily is this good?

3500 stall on a daily is this good? Well now that I've gone threw my 3 trans in 4 months is it bad to run a 3800 stall on a daily?(oh wait I dont even drive it daily
) It seems like it gets to hot.I have a B.M cooler with -8NL hose and fittings but it's like I always lose 3 and 4 gear. Also in the last 4 months I've only ran 1 person! Any help would be great!
