Default Using 4l80-e from 2000 Suburban, 4wd?

I have access to a 4l80-e from a 2000 4wd Suburban. Can I run this in a 98-02 f-body being it is a 4wd? I understand all the conversion parts for the swap of an 80-e into an f-body, but what all needs to be done to this trans specifically to work if possible? Thanks!
