Default shifting problems

I Took the car out this last weekend to the dragstrip. Im having shifting issues, the 1-2 shift is about 6300 but the pcm says 6000 and 2-3 shift is 6500 and hitting the rev limiter and then shifting and the computer says 5900 rpm at WOT. your help would be appreciated thanks

It sounds like either the shift points were adjusted not according to the rev limiter also, If your 2-3 is bouncing off rev limiter - could be your clutches going.

tranny was just rebuilt. Ithink I will try lowering all shift points by 500 rpm to see if that makes a difference. thanks for input

Try adjusting your shift point lower than your rev limiter.
