Post Is my gear gonna hold an 427 stroker engine ?

Hi folks

Well i'm working on my 2000 "A4" Firebird TA.
my new engine is an ls1 sleeved block for an 7.0l 427 stroker, with Trickflow heads and an fast 102 intake manifold etc.

I'll be using an GT11 cam which allows my car to be daily used.
my average rwhp will be around 500.

Gear is rebuilted and added aftermarket clutches, flywheels and an trans go.

The question is...

Is my gear gonna hold that power ? and am I gonna get any problems after some time with going on a full throttle or an 250 shot of nitrous spray?

If not, what do i need to add ?

Thank you...
