But anyways...you already have 3.23's in the rear...don't bother with the gears and just get a torque converter...something 3500+ or else soon after you'll realize you should have went bigger

I have a Midwest 3400 2.0 converter and it's great. Driveability isn't really an issue unless you get some crazy converter 4000+ 2.5str or to that effect. If you really want to change the gears then 3.73 is a good option. I would stall it as it will give you more power and take more time off your 1/8th,1/4 quarter.
