Do I need a radiator cooler or not??? Long story short... Hit something in the road at night and broke the bumper cover and one of the tubes in my Howe Racing radiator leaks now so I have to get a new radiator
Looking at a Ron Davis this time.
Tranny is a 60e with a SS3600 Yank vertor and a 30,000lb. external cooler mounted in front of the condensor. Do I need a radiator with a tranny cooler or not? Car sees some city driving here in hotass NC on a fairly regular basis....

From your question you must be running a trans cooler in loop with a radiator trans cooler?
In any case, no you dont need one in your radiator. I run a smaller 20-22k gvw fin and tube on my radiator behind a ssra and its great. 3600 stall and bolt ons.
