CDS 278mm Upgrades

CDS 278mm Upgrades
A little update on our famous 278mm HP converter. We designed a new bearing retainer to help eliminate any bearing failure. We had a few high HP cases where the internals were flexing under load and the bearing was coming off the shoulder. We have had this new fix in for about a year and have had zero failures. So we think we have that problem solved and are very confident in the CDS 278mm. The price will still reman the same, so no worries there. This new retainer adds to the list of the numerous upgrades we do to the 278mm to make them a great choice for the DD guys. They drive very close to stock and can knock off ~1/2 second off your ET's - hard to beat at just $395.

That's great, Chris! I have this converter and I must say it is a great DD converter. Drives very close to stock, yet noticeable when you get on it. Thanks for constantly making improvements on your products! Glad to know I have one of the improved models.
