T56 to auto swap question...please help

I swapped from a t56 to auto and have everything installed I left the pilot bearing in there. It is ok to leave it in there?

Won't hurt a thing. when i did my A4 to t56 swap there was a pilot bearing already in my crank. Your good to go.
