Default transgo and servos

I am finishing up my transgo and billet servos install, but I'd like to hear from someone that has both. With new billet servos, how many washers from the transgo are you using? I don't want it to break my neck when it shifts - just firm.

I have a transgo shift kit WITH a "Superior Super Servo" (step up from the Corvette servo), and the professional transmission shop used the 3 washer setup in my basically stock 2001 Z28.

The vehicle shifts very firm, but does not kill my broken down 56 yr. old @ss.
