Default 4l60e slight problem

I just rebuilt my transmission, and seem to still have a couple problems. 1st gear doesn't shift into 2nd until around 3000 rpms or until i let off of gas slightly, and 4th gear is revving high at 2700 rpms when doing 60-65mph. Also, manual second and third don't work, they drive as if they're in 1st gear. I got my truck scanned and the only code to come up was the EGR 32 code, any ideas?

Sounds like there is and issue with the 2-4 band or servos you actually only have 1st and 3rd

I would suggest removing the servo and inspecting it for proper assembly. It controls 2nd and 4th.

Well yeah, but let's not put the cart in front of the horse buddy. Get that servo out and check it. If there is a leaky seal, or it's improperly assembled it may not be stroking which will cause the band to be non functional.

While the servo is out you can take a 1/4 extension or a long philips screwdriver and try to stroke the band by hand. If it moves freely then binds, there is a high probability that it is assembled correctly. Did you place the anchor pin in the case under the valve body once you installed the band? It is the round steel plug.

Yea, I did I made sure it was seated right. But the reason I was asking was because I had already removed the servo last week. If the spring isn't seated right could that cause a problem?
