ive got a th350 and powerbraking in D it doesnt want to shift into other gears when i need to burn the tires into 2nd it wont shift. it just shakes alot and feels messed up. the trans is fresh built with about 250 miles on it. is it safe to start in 1 then manually shift to 2nd and 3rd?
