Default trans or converter?

Last night I went to the track. Pull up to the water box, spin them over, pull up and try to do a burnout, tires wont spin unless I rev the car up A LOT and it goes into boost. Then all at once it just starts blowing them off lol. Pull up to the line and take off spinning with a 1.7 60ft, goes to shift and smacks the limiter, I let off and let it shift, goes to the 2-3 and smacks it again, I let off, get back on it after I thought it shifted and smacked the limiter again, so I let off one more time until I know it shifts and ended up running a 11.1. I thought it was just a wot problem, till the drive home. The fluid level during all this is right on too. Now when I drive it normally the 1-2 and 2-3 feels good. Heres where I am stumped. Keep in mind I am an idiot dealing with an auto, this is my 1st one. I swear it 'feels' like its grabbing 4th and just not locking up. Gets to the top of 3rd and rpm drops like a shift would do. Heres the other part that I am confused about. After it feels like it shifts to 4th I can cruise on up to about 60mph and manually grab 3rd, rpm will increase about 2-300 rpm for a second, then drop right back down where it was before I even manually shifted it down into 3rd. Ideas?

We need to run a quick scan with HPTuners and see what the trans is doing. You can do scans without buying credits, anyone with HPTuners can do it for you.
