Hughes Performance
Hello all,
After I had a problematic converter from Yank, with no customer support(not the reason for this thread). I decided to go with a local company, Hughes Performance. I went down to their shop to order my converter today. The staff was very friendly. While I was there I asked for a shop tour, they agreed. They had alot of converters there. I was able to see every stage of the build process. The quality was excellent, I have never seen brazing that pretty! lol. So obviously I am going to buy from them.
The tech there recommended a 10 inch 2800 stall with a 2str. He said with any higher of a stall, I would have to go with a negative blade angle or a smaller converter(9 inch). I am not too crazy about the negative blade angle idea.
These guys seem to know what they are doing, why would they not recommend anything higher than a 2800 for me?
