just had my trans rebuilt ,got all 4 gears but no lock up.

took it back to the shop he scaned it ,the computer is not asking for lock up.
the car was down for a long time battery was very dead ,and un hooked fro close to 2 months.

i have hptuners pro but dont know where to look

in the scan it said that the tcc was disabled
