Default Pro Yank 3600 good on motor??

i recently got a great deal on a Pro Yank 3600 from a buddy of mine. i plan on spraying 250-300 shot but i want to know how it will do on motor. i have a ls1 with 243 heads and a ms4 cam, right now i make 420 rwhp N/A. how will this converter do on motor?? is it too tight for my set up when im not spraying it? i dont want my car to be a dog off nitrous!

Thanks guys!
