Default 4L85e Slip Yoke...different sizes???

Just installed a 4L85e out of a 3500 Van (07 or 08) I believe, into my LY6 Powered 67 Cutlass Conv.

I was told that the driveshaft place that the yoke from a 4L80e is the same and will work just fine.

I checked my trans...the output shaft is looks to be fully splined & is NOT a bolt on unit. My new yoke is the same.

When installing the yoke, it slides in about 1.5" very easily then gets very tight. Looks perfect against the outter seal. I had to knock it in with a BFH to get it past that spot and fully seat it. I also used the BFH to get it back out! My new drive shaft was made & when I installed it, same thing...so i knocked it in again.

Everything bolted in just fine I'm just a little worried because it is pretty tight..even in neutral with the car in the air (have not driven it yet) its a little tuff to turn the wheels by hand.

Any thoughts? Are there different sizes that most dont know about or does this sound ok? Thanks.
