Default 4l60e rumble/vibration sound??

Ok so recently I swaped a used 4l60e from a 98 z28 onto my 01 z28, my other tranny according to the shop had an "internal problem" and needed a rebuild so I found a cheap one from from a 98 z28 and swaped it. Everything seems fine I kept my "unkown size yank stall " and my after market tranny cover

Well the problem is when im driving the and car seems to go into lockup around 45 mph to 60mph the car gets a vibration/rumble sound that as you pedal the gas you can "feel" it vibrating. Also I assume its lockup because the rpms drop from 2200 rpm into 1500 rpm instantly as it goes into gear and as a pedal the gas more the rpms bearly reach 2k

My question is why would it be doing this ??

Thanks
