150 shot with 4000 stall users.. If this is in the wrong section, mods feel free to move it..
But i am looking into slapping a 150 shot on my 02 Fbody.. I am running a circle D 5C which is a 4000-4200 stall. Just wondering if anybody is spraying 150 shot with a big stall....Will it work fine or not? I wont be running at the track or anything every weekend.

Granted mine is in a th350 but I run a 150 on my Fti 4200 with no problems. That's what mine was built for. As long as your converter has ballooning plates you should be good to go. Hopefully your tranny will hold it.
Wondering the same thing as I have a 5c converter also, but mine is a 5k stall. I'd like a 100-150 shot to give it a little needed kick in the ***.

No data from the track. Car is just a fun street car/daily driver. I am glad i went with the 5C over the "E" since i will be spraying.. But geez, you could have warned with how i would have no traction..LOL.
Chris I can get you a datalog next time I work on his tune. I tuned it for the stall but didnt work on the engine paramaters.
We're going to brush up on the MTI tune that's in there and I can make some datalogs of the shift extension, etc.
