Default 4l80e shift kit

I have a low mile 98 4l80e transmission that will be used with a 350 hp lq4 in an 86 olds 442. While the trans is out, I'd like to add a shift kit. Seems like the transgo shift kits are popular around here for the 4l80e. Would the regular shift kit or HD2 kit be more appropriate for my application? And what is the difficulty level for someone like myself who doesn't have experience working on transmissions?

Do the hd2 transgo kit. If you can follow directions and have some basic tools its no sweat.

the HD 2 works good, you prob wont use the springs or clip, you have to go in to the trans for that
not sure if Jakeshoe sells a kit, but he has done mods that i think work as good
you have to pay attention to the location of the *****, read the insts. a couple times before starting, make sure you understand
