60e. Help me :(

Ok my transmission finally took a dump on me the other night and I've got a few questions. First of all I found a transmission in a v6 firebird for $100 and I was gonna do that while mine is getting rebuilt. Will the v6 transmission just bolt right up? And also I was wondering when I get my transmission done what size stall would be good for a bolt on motor? My car is a 99 camaro z28 a4. Also any other things I should know about swapin the transmissions would be appreciated

As far as the stall, most people from what I see have a 32-3600 for a street car.

No the V6 transmission wont work in your car. It uses a different bellhousing and pump. You will need to find one from an f-body, 4.8 5.3 or 6.0 2wd truck or GTO (you will have to swap tail housings on the truck and GTO trans for your torque arm mount. If you would like to get a built unit let me know and I'll work you up a quote.
