Kicking out of gear

Kicking out of gear It started with kicking out on the 2/3 shift but only at a certain throttle position. I let off the gas and once the revs go down it will go back in. Now the 1/2 shift kicks out under light throttle. Once in awhile it kicks out of 4th. I spoke with my tranny builder on the phone and he still swears its electrical due to the sparatic nature of it. He says it's going into back up mode. The only codes I'm getting are p0161 and p0343. The p0343 is only once in a while and am looking into that. What sensors if no good has any affect on the tranny? Also what should I log to help narrow it down.

Now its getting worse. If I start in d or 3, I go nowhere. If I start in 1 or 2 and manually goto 3&4, I have them then. C'mon guys need some more suggestions here.
