Default transplanting engine from manual to automatic vehicle

Hopefully will be buying a trailblazer SS soon, and want to swap the motor from my camaro into the TBSS. A buddy mentioned I may need to get the rotating assembly rebalanced since I'll be losing the flywheel and replacing it with... sorry i'm a noob to automatics, converter? flexplate?

The motor in the camaro is tuned and built. Would I want to swap the computer from my camaro to the TBSS too? Or just leave the computers and get everything retuned. I'm still in the early stages of planning here so i'm trying to get it all figured out. Any help would be appreciated. Also, if its better suited for this thread to be in another section feel free to move it mods.

Lastly (for now) Whats the going rate on 4L80 transmissions? I haven't researche, I will here soon, but I would most likely want to bump up to that tranny instead of the 4l60 (though it is a "stage 5" FLT build).

Thanks in advance!
