Default 4l60E Advice needed

I have a 4l60E with the standard upgrades behind a stock 01 ls1. Yesterday got on it when shifted out of first lost all power to wheels in all gears. Anyway to check if it was the output breaking if there is a transfer case without removal. Or a way to check the pump without a pressure gauge. Or any other ideas what could have happened.

Do you also mean in Reverse? Or just forward?
If only in forward, try it shifted into [1] or [2] and let us know.

If reverse and forward, then it could be the torque converter, torque converter to flexplate bolts, input shaft or output shaft.

Do you have [P]ark? If yes, then your output shaft and transfer case has to be OK.

Or as you surmise, a failure of the oil pump or even something as silly as the wrong oil filter (e.g. falling into a deep pan.)
