hell.. I forgot about the misfire tables too...
Engine Diagnostics tab...
High middle and low...
usually the middle table... you can usually just increase all teh values in that one to double and that will fix it...if not.. keep raising it till it goes away and your lockup comes back.

If P0106 does not come back then could also try a CASE relearn prior to adjusting the misfire thresholds to see if that helps.

Thanks guys for all the help, it was the misfire table, fixed it and now it´s locking up. I´m still having some trouble with the MAP though !
