4L60E removable bell housing question I removed the bell housing to ship to and from Performabuilt.
I am reinstalling it now.
There are no alignment dowels, so what accurately centers it on the trans? The bolts are not precise enough and don't align it.
This determines torque converter alignment with the pump I would think.
