Restalling a converter?

Im buying a yank converter from a friend. If i wanted to get a higher stall do I just send it in to yank or would it have to come with warranty or what?

If he hasnt used his one free re-stall you should be fine

I didn't know that Mike at Yank allows for one free restall. I only thought that PI did that. Not sure here though.
