Need help ASAP tractor fluid or no??

I've just spent a hour searching through threads.. My question is tractor fluid or no.. Th 400 rmvb with brake.. And do I need to fill the converter up before putting it in., thanks guys im on dumb mode right now

if your talking hydraulic fluid... we did for our turbo400s back n the day lol its thick helped from slipping idk if its good for it tho
