Default 4l80e question

I have been going round and round with this swap and can't seem to figure it out. I installed a transgo hd-2 kit and new internal harness and new black pressure solenoid in my 4L80e. My problem is my pcm always seems to think its going way faster than what I really am(like real 65mph is 94 in the pcm). I was just wondering if any of this or if I done something wrong could have affected this? Everything seemed to go smoothly. Only problem if I might have had one is putting the valve body up into place I don't know if one of the little BB's moved on me or not since I was pretty much standing on my head trying to do it but thought everything was ok though but wanted to ask if anyone knows what would happen if one did.

Transmission was used out of 93 motorhome with supposedly 60k miles on it. Also the same stall converter was reused and not sure if its locking up or not or staying locked all the time as my tune is messed up from the vss being so far off and I can't figure out why.

Make sure you don't have the VSS and ISS harness plugs swapped.

I double and triple checked those. Even traced the wires to the pcm. I pulled the vss sensor out too, to inspect it. Looked ok. Is it possible that could be faulty?

Do these have different sensors for the ISS and VSS or are they the same sensor with different reluctors? The one in my VSS slot is number 8685042. Is this the correct one? I need to pull the ISS one out and check it over too but its hard to get at.

EDIT: I just figured out they use the same sensor for both.

The ISS and VSS are the same sensor part number. What PCM and harness are you using?

Its from Chevy Thunder... Suppose to be set up and ready to go for a 2000 chevy camaro ls1 and the 4L80e tranny. Standalone... I'm going to try switching the sensors but I don't think thats the problem though since it was throwing a P0740 and P0785 code which I was told shouldn't have even been in there for a 4L80e. So I'm starting to think maybe I just need to buy a new harness/pcm.
