Default 0300 in gear. Runs fine in park/nutral

Finally got the Trans pump lined out, got every thing in and now there's a spit and sputter at part throttle. Went to local parts house for there scanner and it's 0300. In forward gear it at part throttle it seems to run like ****. But in neutral and park it runs fine and runs fine backing out of the drive way.
Thanks in advance for y'alls help.

I changed the spark plugs and o2 sensor ( passenger side) and so far so good.
The plugs and o2, on the passenger side(bank 2) where fouled out. I'll have to check the plugs tomorrow to make sure all is well.
What would cause one bank to run so rich it fouls the plugs and o2?
