Which one is the 2/3 Solomon's on the 4l60e for an 1995 vette?

I see them at the back end of the trams. Which one is the correct one to fix my 2/3 issues? Thanks!

well, there's black crap in the pan so I think it's more than the solonoid... I think the 3/4 band is screwed. Anyone know how much work it is to replace that?
