I would buy a Revmax, they are as good as the others and not quite as expensive. keep it not as a temp but as a full time.

PTC builds an awesome converter and has a non billet with anti ballooning plates budget converter for 525$ shipped, it includes a cooler.

It helps out PTC builds a nasty converter as well.

This isn't entirely accurate. FTI, Circle D, etc have budget converters as well to look into.

All companies that I'm aware offer a budget (sub 500$) converter in non billet.

Revmaxx is much cheaper I would rather spend an extra hundred or so bucks and grab a PTC myself.

Did you miss my post?

You are aware just because a converter costs more doesn't mean it will perform better?

Budget and how well the converter works do not go hand in hand. You're paying the same price for xxxx companies billet off the shelf product as you are xxxx companies billet custom built converter... Price doesn't make things better or equal in all cases, it makes them more expensive or the same price.

agreed fti makes a badass converter, ive heard good things about circle d, ptc and yank also. op why not buy a used billet one on here and then when you get the new tranny just have it sent back to rebuilt and restalled.... cheaper and you will have a nice converter all the time.
