hello, almost done my 6.0 swap in my el camino and now im facing one of my last issues...i have a 4l80e trans and i didnt delete my range sensor from the pcm and my computer doesnt know if its in park or neutral...my solus says that it is in 2 and 3rd gear sometimes. im assuming it would be that causing my issue. but im not sure if i have room to install one on the trans because i have an older trans for one, and two i have no extended selector shaft or room for it due to my exhaust. has anybody adapted someting into a steering column shift or something similar...im running stock column shift on my 85 el camino.
