Default leaking front seal

I rebuilt my transmission and has been leak free for around 350 miles now I have a small drip coming out of the inspection hole from the front of the case any ideas what could make it go bad? I had a new seal and new torque converter.

Did you replace the pump bushing also? If not that could be your problem.

I had the same thing happen to me but I pinched the seal as I was putting the pump back in. Even though it was small it leaked like crazy.

I took it back out smoothed the sharp edge around whet the pump goes and smothered the seal with some lube and it works like a champ. No leak.
