4l60e shift problems please help

4l60e shift problems please help i have a 99 formula thats pretty much stock. i changed the trans out about 4 years ago and put 35k on the trans. everything was fine then one day the check engine light comes on and it throws the code p0571 for the performance shift solenoid 1 + 2 stuck on or off. and the trans started to slip 1st first to 2nd and just being slugish. so i dropped the pan and changed the solenoids. odd part is. the fluid was still cherry red and the pan was clean as a whistle. but it didnt change a thing. the problem has just gotten worse. now i cant shift out of first without being at 3000 rpm and taking my foot off the gas letting the rpms drop to 1500 rpm before it will shift. but 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th are fine. if im on the highway and i give it about 3/4 throttle the rpms will slip. they will rise and then fall down 500 rpm. if i go full throttle on the highway the rpms will shoot up but the car wont increase in speed. i dont know much about transmissions so any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated. im not sure if its the tc or the trans is just shot and needs a rebuild or its something electronic. but it just sucks it only has 35k on the trans. but i do know the 4l60e can be a good trans i have a 95 z28 with a 4l60e with 205k on the trans and it still shifts and operates fine.
