Could anyone explain how the TransGo HD2 kit allows you to hold each gear? I installed one when I rebuilt my 4L80e, and it doesn't hold 1st, though downshifting into 1st works. Otherwise the trans is running fine.

Just trying to understand what I missed.

Well, I called TransGo, and the HD2 kit no longer holds each gear. He said to have it tuned out (which I didn't do because I thought the HD2 would take care of it).
