I have a 2000 ls1 Camaro. It has a 230/236 comp Cam, headers and that's pretty much it. Has 130,000 miles. Had it tuned about 2 months ago and a couple days ago it stop shifting into 3rd on my way home. Ever since then everytime I hit about 30mph the rpm's just go up but acceleration. Changed the transmission fluid and filter about 10 months ago and oil 2 days ago. Need help. Is my transmission done??

 

Yes, it's that most common problem mentioned with 4L60Es. The 3/4 clutch is so worn that it won't engage any more. At 130K miles, it is time for a complete rebuild.
